Overview
The aim of Data Carpentry lessons is to teach teach researchers basic concepts, skills, and tools for working with data so that they can get more done in less time, and with less pain. This workshop is designed to teach analysis of single cell RNA sequening in a step-by-step manner. In this regard, data cleaning, primary analysis, interpretation, helpful packages, etc are included. After this workshop, researchers and students will be able to perform analysis on scRNA-seq analysis and visualize the results. This workshop is designed to be taught within 10 hours compatibel with schedules including different days and hours.
Software
This lesson is designed using Python packages which especially ScanPy. For this, Jupyter lab is recommended to be used. For downloading and installation, go to Jupyter Lab and download the desired version based on your operation system.
