Data Science for Practicing Clinicians

Data Science for Doctors’ aim is to teach doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals basic concepts, skills, and tools for working more effectively with data. The lessons below were designed for those interested in working with health care data using modern data science tools.

Prerequisites

Before the course …
Complete the pre-course questionnaire (emailed)
Charge your laptop
Install R and R studio. We will be using RStudio Cloud, but we want you to go away with the tools at the end of the day.
Join our group on Slack
Bring along a dataset that you want to use in the course.
